2000 Civic Si, EBP EM1, 99% stock

After a lot of thought and reconsideration I have decided to sell my EM1. I bought it from the second owner in Virgina in 2007 and he drove it daily. I got it with 118,xxx and it has been garaged the entire time I have had it. The only modification it has is an Exedy Stage 1 Clutch and a Fidanza Flywheel. The stock flywheel will come with the car, as well as the stock head unit and cassset palyer that I removed. The first owner put in a aftermarket headunit, a little sub and amp in the trunk, and crossovers behind the door panels. The buyer is more than welcome to these parts as well. I removed them and was planning on installing a OEM head unit but never got to it and just put in a dual din block off plate. The timing belt and water pump has been done by the previous owner and all of the fluids have been changed consistantly. It will need a muffler and some better tires at some point. All of the vin stickers are on all of the body parts and it has a clean carfax! I will PM the VIN to serious buyers so you can carfax it yourself. I am not a stickler on the price and am willing to negotiate, but Im not in a huge hurry to to get rid of it either so there is no need to try and low ball me. Since I am in Utah and the car is in NC my dad will be showing the car to serious buyers. Thank you in advance.
