Model # is 150-025CLR for 92-00 civic and 94-00 integra.
The original box, paper work, and strut mounting hardware kit for 94-01 Integra LS, GS, RS, 92-95 Civic DX, 92-00 Civic EX that did not come stock with an OEM strut bar. However it will fit directly on 94-01 Integra GSR, 99-00 Civic Si, 97-01 Integra Type R.
I have had this bar for over 6 years and it has been discontinued for even longer than that. It is in excellent condition and the only reason I am selling is because I was able to pick up a new Comptech titanium series strut bar.
