Hello there, I just started posting on this site. I wanted to share what I've been working on for the past 3 years. I always want to change things up and be different. nothing wrong with that right? lol anyways here is my car and the stuff I've been doing.

I really havent had time to post this up, but since work has been really slow and I recently picked up some type of stomach virus, I had some time today!

Its been 3 weeks and I barely have any time to work on it. In a few weeks Im going to take some time off to focus on finishing it.

10.20.2010 Update *last 3 weeks work*

Front Bumper off/ exterior walk around










removed front wheels and suspension



loosened engine/tranny(mounts off) and drained fluids





Engine will be out soon/ starting to unclip sensors




Fenders, headlights, and hood removed

Removed the ABS:


Finally Removed the Whole Dash! PITA!!!


All the ABS delete stuff:

Update 10/27/10 : Last 3 days Gutted Dash, Removed Heater core/fan, Started Interior Wiring

Update 10/28/10 : Skunk2 @ the Door!!!

Update 10/29/10 : Skunk2 76mm Exhaust!

Thanks to Tony @ Skunk2, I am proud to introduce This aggresive exhaust Great for Turbo Applications, as well as extreme All motor builds.

I sold my 70mm and replaced it with the 76mm! It Looks amazing! I can't wait to hear it!

As for the Car, Almost done with the interior wiring. 90% complete. also rear suspension and wheels are off.

11/04/10 - Update! I know its been 4 days. I've literally been super busy getting the car together all 4 days.

- I polished alot of stuff on monday.
- Finished The Interior Wiring completely on Tuesday
- Gutted the whole Interior (shifter/ebrake/wire harness) Ready to start Preparing for paint
- Started the engine bay wiring (deleted all ABS wiring)
- relocating the fuse box and ecu where the Heater Core went (I AM HERE)

Now I want To Thank Andrew M @ Corbeau Racing

For the two Pro FX1 Racing bucket Seats in Black Suede, The Drivers 5-point and Passengers 4-point Racing Harnesses, and the seat bracket/slider!



I love them, they are very comfortable, and super light!



I removed my homemade boo boo non sliding bracket. =/ lol



Bracket is awesome!



Look at the difference!



I installed the Seat bracket/slider on my Corbeau FX1 Pro seat.



I also want to Thank Tony Shagday @ Skunk2 Again!

I finally took a break from all the wiring to get the Skunk2 Pro-C Coilovers out the box!



These Are Amazing! I can't wait to test them out!!! Perfect Design! Deleted all the flaws my N+ had!


And I disassembled the rear camber arms since they are transforming into what i call my new look! (Surprise ;] )

11/08/10 Update - Frankenstein's the name! Stitch welds complete & Prep'n 4 paint

My cars new name "Frankenstein"

See after stich welding the strut tower area I noticed a face...



and the other side not as much...lol (bigger nose and screw in head)



Here is the fender well preped up for the weld job (passenger side)

The Passenger side hole I need to cover up



Fabricated the Passenger side plate to cover up the hole



Welded up



Inner welds





I did the same on the Driver side, but my cam's batteries died. =/


Wiped the Bay clean with degreaser and Painted the two hole covers...didnt want them to start getting surface rust.

Marked the TB opening on my Skunk2 Manifold



Bored it out and made it smooth.



Karcepts Bracket delete came back from the Chrome Shop! Installed!





I preped the engine bay for the Primer! got to the bare metal in most of the bay!





Primed!

Update 11/13/10: Rear Tie Bar/ Smooth Finish

Small Update

Well I Installed the Rear Tie Bar I got from Skunk2!



Also Added filler (Putty) to smooth out rough spots.





I sprayed Primer over it after smoothing it out (no pics)

Thanks. OBX ITB's were good! they were functional and didnt stick, I mean to get them to work on my engine I had to do alot of customizing. But other than that I think they are great bang for the buck. I never went and got it tuned since my paticular tuner isnt local. I tried with a local shop but there was some wierd reason they thought my engine was messed up. but i went home and got it to drive. no full tune.

Default 11/18/10 Update - Innovative Mounts/Chrome/Wiring/Painted/kevlar?

First off I want to thank Yvonne @ Innovative Mounts! Chrome Plated 06+ Motor Mounts in 75A Poly. Thank you very much! They look amazing, Great welds and great design! I cannot wait to install them!





I also want to thank Tony @ 2nrs of Springfield for the Kpro conversion harness he made!
I also recieved my Chrome plated case for my K'pro'd ECU. I made a plexiglass cover for it adding a 2nrs sticker on it!





Got some misc. bolts/washers/nuts plated in Chrome



Also shaved and chromed this motor mount bracket to match the Innovative mounts!



More chrome to come!!!

I organized/shortened/extended the wiring

Kpro engine harness



Interior EPS/Fuse box/Stock ECU/headlight harness



Battery harness (charge)





I Primed & Painted the fener wells flat black





I suited up to shoot the bay



Engine bay wet





Is it dry yet?

Default Update 11/19/10 - Skunk2 Manifold/ Lots of Chrome/ Headlight wiring/ Semi-polished/en

Today I started with the firewall

Hooked up the brake booster, Fuel lines screwed tight, and throttle cable



I also swapped the brake master cylinder to a 1.8 civic's



I gave some items a quick semi-polish - Proportion valve, brake master slave, and fuel pump cover





I also managed to go pick up some chrome parts I was waiting for



Chrome Skunk2 Rear Camber arms



Chrome Skunk2 rear Spring top hats





Chrome Strut bar brakets



Chrome Misc Bolts/nuts



Thanks to the guys at Jotech, I fell in love with there skunk2 coated black manifold, So Im going to try the look!



Prepped then painted



Ready to cook



Cooling off



Sexy!





I also got the passenger headlight wiring done,



And im almost done with the driver side! =]

Everything looks pretty nice so far, but doesn't stitch welding go ALONG the seam, not ACROSS it?

ie, doesn't look like stitches you get on a wound.

Finished the driver side fender wiring



bolted up the Skunk2 manifold and Skunk2 74mm Tb



heater hose problem fixed. lol



Passengerside mount braket mounted to engine



bolted up my Shifter linkage cables



Ran the engine harness throught the firewall hole



My fuse box and wiring under the dash



Painted my Megan H brace and my trunk brace Wrinkle black



bolted up passenger side mount



bolted up driver side...and a problem



OEM bolts are too long... had to go to Ace hardware and chrome the new ones.



Tranny mount



Took a day to get but well worth it, threw in more bolts and screws



Skunk2 Pro-c Coilovers in the rear on!



Rear Bumper and Skunk2 76mm exhaust on!



Engine Bay as of now!



And Thanks to Willyo224 for the License plate frame!
Fuel rail/injectors on



Bought a headlight...
