last winter i started to get a clatter noise when i turn right from the front driver side window. im pretty sure this is the cv-joint, but im not sure. youtube videos lead me to think this.

second, tehre has started to be a whine from the engine since the winter started, and when i turn the wheel the while gets more rapid/louder.

and thirdly, leaving work tonight it started rough which i think is the battery, but i never had an issue with the battery before (its rather old though) in the year and a half i have had the car. so i am wondering if there is a belt or something not working properly leading to this issue and the whine.

i drive a '99 sentra se-l which has the sr20de (no t). any ideas? i figured these would be common car issues.

 

1. CV Axle, replace it.

2. Power steering belt, change it.

3. Clean off your battery terminals, then run down to Vatozone and have them check your battery.
