I sold this guy a crankshaft a few months ago and soon after arriving, he claimed it had 4 spun bearings and was cracked. This was a forged Eagle crank pulled from a motor that spun 1 rod bearing and was otherwise fine. He made numerous threats about getting me banned, filing a paypal dispute, going to small claims court, and unreasonable demands about me having to pay return shipping, refunding the cost of the crank plus about $300 more for...idk, all the while being a rude jerk, claiming he was going to come out and get his money to make an example and demanded over 2x what he paid for the crank.

I looked elsewhere on the internet and this guy is known to be a scammer. He's been banned on other sites, sold people cars without titles, and this crap.

you can rant and rave about how i'm a scammer. but the fact behind your babbling here is that your crank was shot. completely. and if your going to sit here and call me a scammer, when i bought the crank from you, paid same day, asked you every question about the crank i could to make sure it was perfect and YOU LIED to me and wouldn't refund MY money, makes YOU the scammer. so after all was said and done i still have a paper weight i paid 300.00+ for?! and if you insist on talking all this nonsense about me and calling me a "scammer" & a "liar" i have no problem digging up the receipt from the machine shop that not only checked it but also magnafluxed it to try and fix it. and after spending another 100+ dollars the crank that was "perfect" from you, it is now sitting in my room in my closet doing nothing/worth nothing. i even gave you the shops phone number, the man who worked on its full name, the adress and sent you a picture via your cell phone of the bill and there diagnosis. you then drop off the face of the earth and have the nerve to write on here i'm a scammer???!! please explain your backing behind this bs babble of yours so that i can repost the bill, the busted crank in my closet with the tag of diagnosis on it from the machine shop and the emails i sent you. then you can deal with the fact/straight truth which is blatently obvious. btw its impossible for someone to be a scammer when they pay you on time in full and receive junk. check a dictionary champ.

unuzual kustum this is not your post, and again the kid that purchased my 240 from me new what the deal was and accepted it after he lowballed me over 1000.00 less then he told me he'd pay. this is none of your business and honestly was a misunderstanding. i don't rip people off, i may ship parts out late due to the fact i own 3 companies and they are extremely stressful considering i run them all solely between myself and 1 business partner. i pay cash when i need something so theres no issues. i write and explain full contracts before sale via text/email and verbally 100% before final sale. when i'm buying i in turn accept the responsibility if anything is wrong if and only if the problem that has occured was stated to be an issue. i have had numerous problems with little kids on here giving me a bad rep for calling them out on a part i purchased from them that ended up being garbage. i email them/call them and get no were they end up going m.i.a. and then becoming a hypocrite to save there own ***. i've learned to buy parts new. i build my own cars myself, perform all my own mechanical fixes, and do my own body/paint if need be. so know with all this said, i will find the receipt from the machine shop i paid to have this "perfect" crankshaft fixed at. just to prove this little boy calling me a scammer is a liar, a dishonest pos and a drama queen to say the least.
