hey h-t im new to this forum and i need help horribly bad

i have a 92 eh hatch (cx)
ever since i got it i have a weird starting problem im gonna try my best to explain it

ok i put the key in the ignition and i ttry to start it but it doesnt start..its cranks but doesnt start
i have to wait until i hear.....click,burrr,click(main relay and fuel pump then main relay) if this does not happen MY CAR WILL NOT START!!!!
sometimes i wait bout 10 minutes for the noise..after tht cars runs GREAT

in another forum i was told it was the ignition....did test on it and its fine
we did some test today and car gives out electricity BUT DOES NOT HAVE FUEL PRESSURE. when we take out the line of the fuel rail off it doesnt shoot out gas..now when it clicks and does the noise it does.

so iff anybody knows whats going on PLZ HELP ME OUT...if i need to explain someting better jst ask

Sounds a lot like a bad main relay. You can pull it out and check for cracked solder joints to be sure.

i had replaced the main relay tho
to FCM..i went on tht link and i am missing the 3rd click ill take the main relay back to the store i have warranty and ill let you guys know what happen
