i'm just wondering what some of you are running as far as axle back and what you would recommend

It’s totally subjective to the end user.

On my last Honda I had an Apexi WS, which had a nice tone, but still quite.

For some a swap meet fart can is the only way to go.

i would recommend a full cat back exhaust. not a 'axle back'.

well i didnt say i was just going to have an axle back i have a header and the place thats gonna put it on is going to get me a midpipe so i just need the axleback he said.

I would say for hassle sake, just get the full cat back exhaust. not too many good companies out there sell just an axle back.

Or the OP could just get the muffler.

Not like it would be much hassle to connect the midpipe to the muffler with some custom piping.

Anyway as Nicefeet said, the question on "best muffler" has too many variables to have just one answer. What kind of sound are you going for?

Apexi WSII will be about the quietest and has a nice tone (see Greddy EVO2 as well). Check out youtube and stuff for exhaust clips (try to find drive-by's and not those stupid ones where they sit the camera behind the muffler, those won't tell you s%#t 99% of the time).
