The cam doesn't select it's motor. The motor selects it cam....
Any reasoning behind this? -Later, BR

Just go online and do the research. Personally I went with the Crower stage 1 for my DD and love it. But there are so many options out there to choose from you really need to figure out how much your going to spend and go from there.

I have done some research on this as well. I am sure I will be corrected. If you can find a JDM SOHC ZC that cam will x over as a very nice upgrade. A stage 1 cam is very similar and stage 2 is a clear upgrade and not something I would want in my daily personly. With everyone going v and dohc its worth the look as it will be cheaper than a new one.
Now if you have money oozing out of your pockets thats different. I would find the best cam place in driving distance and have yours reground to what you want out of it, A really smart person that does this for a living should know what to do.

Cams are different for high speed and low torque. The ZC is torque-ier than stock a6, stop light to stop light fun!!!!
Honda D Engine on Wikipedia agrees with me.
