Default Looking for a good shop in VA

So i just picked up a 91 Si with an H22a swap. done pretty well, everything works, but the car runs like ***. idles really, really bad until it warms up, smokes a little from the exhaust, uses way too much gas and has no power. I took it to the most reputable shop in my town, and the guy does nothing. he says there are too many aftermarket parts on my car for him to figure out whats wrong ( i have i/h/e and a fuel rail/fpr). Does anyone know of any good shops that won't freak out when i bring in a swapped car? i'm about 2 hours from richmond, located in the 540 area.

I would suggest driving up to Springfield, VA (in the DC area) and stop by www.inlinepro.com They have sbuild some of the fastest Hondas, and can tackle issues such as yours.
