You are using the stock harness correct? The wiring differences are as follows:

-injectors, use the SI for plug and play
-if you use the P28 ecu and go obd1 you'll need the D15b/d16z6 distributor and an adapter harness or need to repon the dizzy
-fan switch wiring from the back of the block to the new motors thermostat housing
-the fast idle on the back of the Si motor will not be used anymore
-wire up 4 wire 02
-vtec solenoid and vtec pressure switch wiring

Its pretty simple. Just take the intake manifold off the eninge that ur replacing. Then put it on the replacement engine. Then ull have to modify ur distributor a lil for it to fit. Google "a6 dizzy on a z6 head" and u will find pics detailing the procedure

did you figure it out yet?... im new to honda tech but i have done b20s, ls, and many singlecams vtec and non...if you have the si wire harness off the car u still will have to wire up vtec still... and have to get a new ecu if u want vtec... u can use the same intake like efjones said and you will have to go into ur ecu harness to pin out vtec, you can find the vtec pinouts on google images... message me if u have anymore qwestions
