VA FS/FT: 2000 Honda S2000

FS/FT: 2000 Honda S2000
For sale is my 2000 Honda S2000. Details are as follows:
Berlina Black
102k miles
Clean title/In hand
Black/red interior
Modifications:
Ark coilovers
ap2v1 wheels/tires
oem rear spoiler
alpine HU with i-pod cable
New soft-top with glass window (uninstalled, but can be installed before purchase if the buyer wishes)
Engine is bone stock, never been modified.
Just got a new alignment done, and the car passed VA inspection!
Runs great! No engine problems whatsoever. Clutch was replaced around 60k miles. Rear axles replaced around 94k miles, the brakes were serviced as well. OEM exhaust on the car now only has about 10k miles on it, so no rust. All oil changes done regularly.
Only problems with the car is that the ABS light is on, and the soft top has the usual tears in the frame corners. There are a couple flaws in the paint as well pictured in the photos below under the driver's headlight, and on the rear bumper.
PRICE:
1. $10,000
TRADES: I'll consider trading as long as there is at least $3000 on top on your end. But please, simple, CLEAN cars only. No crazy swaps, no beaters, no obnoxious exhausts.
