Default 17 inch tires toyo extensa hp

I just bought some old school volk 17's and saw these tires for cheap. 59 each is that a good deal?

EXTENSA HP

205/40R17 EXTENSA HP 84V XL
The Toyo Extensa HP is an all-season, high-performance value tire for sport coupes and sedans. Expect exceptional wear life, all-season handling, and high quality at an unexpected price.

If you really want to know where I was, I was here.

Since you live in Arizona, unless you're really concerned about treadlife, you're better off getting summer tires rather than all-season tires. All-seasons sacrifice performance in moderate to warm temperatures to be able to grip on snow. Assuming that's not a concern for you, I recommend the Yokohama S.drive or Fuzion ZRi (summer tires) in 205/40-17. If you want all-seasons for the treadlife, I recommend the Kumho Ecsta ASX rather than the Toyo you mention.
