Depin ECU jumper
I have an OBD1 extension I got that came with another harness already spliced in, (got it used) and I'm wondering how to depin it to pull the harness out. Some of the wires are on the female part that plugs into the ecu that looks like I could do it like normal, the other on the block that plugs into the harness, the male side, I'm not sure how to depin
So I found out I don't have to depin the male side just the female side, but there doesn't seem to be the white thing to remove like regular ecu plugs, has anyone depinned the female side before?
just learned this in automotive electronics
the pins are held in the connecter with a tab in the slot, you have to push a needle inbetween the pin and slot to open the tab locking the pin, then pull the pin out of the harness
tried lookin on youtube for video but i cant find one
