Well I started having a nasty exhaust leak, and low an behold I take a look under the whip today an notice both nuts came off the bolts that connect the cat to the 4-2-1 header... Anywho, what size nuts are they that go on there..?? And assuming I wanna get new bolts as well, what size did those of you who swapped the old ones out go with... Nuts & bolts size plz, thanks...

 

14mm head, so 10x1.25 thread i believe... someone correct me if i'm wrong.

So I went in to the hardware store and told him that size and he pulled out these lil tiny screws lol... Is there maybe another size I should tell him..?? These are for the bolts with the springs that connect the cat/header...

 

He must have thought you meant #8, not 8mm

 

I'll try home depot, but Ace was S.O.L. on that one...

 

LoL yeah bro maybe, because the bolts he pulled out were like the size of screws ud hang a picture frame on...

 

im seein tons of threads on people that did this themselves with parts from home depot but nobody gives part #'s, sizes, and whats all involved... "washers ect"

 

#33 in the parts pic (the nut you need) is 8MM
