I have for sale a 1982 Mercedes Benz 300sd with 159k. Beautiful Dark Blue Metallic in color. Interior is blue also. Suspension is tight and handles great for a big car. Car drives well in city and highway. Will hum to 90 mph with out a problem. Drives straight. Trunk has plenty of room too haul your goods or WVO while still getting good fuel mileage. Everything works on the car. Transmission doesn't slip and shifts well in all gears. Tires are nice Bridgestones that have 90% tread left left. Brake pads also have lots of life left with only about 80% worn.



Recently replaced: Both fuel filters, Wipers, Rear sway bar links, F+R Soft brake lines, Oil and filter, Coolant, Thermostat, Charged up the AC and no leaks detected, Updated the sealed beams with European spec headlights with 3000k fog and 4500k hi/low beam reputable aftermarket DDM Hid's, cleaned the ground and power cables, Balanced the tires, replaced rear differential fluid, Ignition lock and key and swtich, shifter bushing, intake bushings, and some tidbit pieces.



The bad: Has rust here and there but not bad for a 28 year old car, no sort of rust structurally. Car could use a buff and wheels painted. The dash is cracked and the driver seat shows some wear on left side bolster.



The car runs amazing and wouldn't hesitate to drive to Alaska or to Daily drive. This could would be perfect for a first car or just a comfortable car to daily drive. The 3.0l I5 cylinder Turbo diesel engine is bulletproof and will get anywhere 25-40mpg depending on city or highway and how heavy your foot is. A dash cover and the older lights come with the car. Willing to work with the customer to sell the car, the price is solid as this is a quality reliable car.
