Icon3 Help! 2003 passanger window problems

Hey guys! first time poster here, long time lurker. I have always been able to solve my problems from other posts but had no luck searching on this one.

My passenger window will not go up or down using either switch. However, the window does go down when I use the unlock button on the remote (I did it multiple times on the way down while I attempted to make it go back up). This leads me to believe it's an issue in one or both of the switches because the motor is working correctly in bringing the window down. I checked the fuses and the relay under the hood and they are both okay.

So my question to you all is 1) has anyone ever heard of this? and 2) does anyone know where I should start to remedy this? I am up in New England and it's getting cold not to mention rain in the forecast!

03 Accord coupe V6 - I have not checked power no.

Would both switches be connected to each other? ie one switch going bad would cause the other not to work as well?

What is my best method to check power? I do have a pen type meter that detects current at an electrical box, would that work in a car as well?

Use the test light to check for power going to the switches, and power from the switches to the window motor when activated. Obviously the motor works, so you need to work back from there, to the point where power to the motor stops.
