Rear brake pads sit unevenly, need help to find out why.
Ok, so I just replaced my brakes: front calipers/rotors/pads, rear rotors/pads. And after a day of driving (not the first time I noticed this, will explain later) my rear right brake pads are contacting the rotor in a very odd way. I can see evidence of contact only on the outter edge of the rotor on the outside of the rotor, and contact on the inner edge of the rotor on the inside of the rotor. And I have no idea as to why. I took apart the caliper, and removed the slider pins to lubricate them, but the problem persits. What could it be?!
The reason I have noticed this before, but didn't care before, is because last brake pad replacement this happened, but I figured that after a while of driving they would just wear out to a point where even though it was crooked, it would make full contact eventually. But this time around I'm using some really nice expensive pads and want them to wear evenly.
