When you push down on your car, does it bounce up and down several times? If so, they're blown. Are they KYB GR2s? Those are good stock replacements, you should be fine with them.

yes they are gr-2, but when I push down on mycar it doesnt bump several times, I say they are blown cuz on the bumps on the street it feels so rough, I think it doesnt bounce cuz of the 17" wheels

what profile tires do you have? the struts may not be blown, but to low of a profile tire and youll feel the dips in the road alot worse.

why 17's on a ej1? replace those with a real set of wheels/tires and your ride will feel much smoother

I have the 215/45/17 and I know how a low prof tire feels, but my tire feels like way worse...like if I was riding on just the rims. I know I might feel a better way with some 16 or 15 but I like my rims, and I like the way it looks, also I dont have the money to buy a set of wheels+

Its never going to ride nice with 17s on it, but KYB GR2s are supposed to be great OEM replacment shocks. I'd try to sell the rims you've got and pickup a nice set of 15s
