Do the hazard lights work? If not, check the battery ground wire that attaches to the frame and the 80A fuse in the hood fuse box.

I have a problem if someone could maybe redirect me or maybe help. I did a B20 swap on my Acura Integra 2000 original motor gs. I finished today but wont start it will turn but im thinking it might have something to with the distributor. The distributor that came with the B20 did not fit my harness from the GS so I put my old distributor on the B20 to connect to the original harness.

This sounds like a battery connector, battery ground wire, or hood fuse box problem because the hazard lights are independent of the ignition switch and main relay. Do both top test tabs of installed hood 10A fuse 43 have voltage?

Again, the main relay only supplies power to the fuel pump, ECU, injectors and IACV. So it cannot explain the problems with your lights.
