I'm trying to find out if 99-04 Odyssey has the same fog lights configuration, opening, and plug and play. All my ebay search only found the 99-01 or 03-04 fog lights, but wife Ody is 02 and I need fog light (yellow) since it rains and snows here a lot.

The fog lights are the same from 99 all the way to 04. The design might be different. There are small oval ones that sit inside a black housing, there are full glass ones, and there are yellow ones. I am personally using the small oval ones in the black housing. If you get the OEM kit, its a little pain in the *** to wire, you have to run 100 wires and remove some dash panels. I'll upload a pic of my beast when I find it.
