Default 91 civic ef--> front end rattle

Well i recently replaced front crossmember bushings with innovative replacments. The innovative came with 2 stainless steel washers about 3/8 thick I installed them and i have a real bad rattle. I am about to go out and try to tighten but i do have a b series engine swap. I purchased becasue old bushings were obviously blown out and i wanted to apply the power with a traction/no-hop system. This was the bushing to go with. I dont know why i now have a wobble or vibration like something is out of align. any one know of anything, What could be bad. I did replace rear trailing arm bushings as well but all of that has nothing to do with what i did yesterday. I put the bushings in about 6 months ago. I noticed a little noise in front end so i decided to utilize the spacers i had that came with them. I called innovative on the installation. They said that the spacers are for centering the wheel inside the wheel well, and they can be placed before or after. not sure if i put them in right but what could you do wrong? i tighten the hell out of them and drove a little bit so it could set in but idk what is up..

If u took apart any ball joints to swap suspension parts but didn't get new ball joints, that will cause a vibration or worn cv joints. The most important thing about taking something apart is putting it back together in one piece which is impossible sometimes

I have scoped a few out in the junk yards. i need to buy a cordless impact.

Went to get "the one" and i was not able to get it. I appriceate your offer.
also inspected my passanger side axle, I noticed it was like... Loose and kinda rattled when i moved up/down.... Also alot of fluid dripping from the area. I am thinking i need a new seal?... the axle may not be seated all the way the large bolt that holds the axle in may have backed out some? there seems to be play, that would be the side that has the RATTLE at 75mph.

Also same side as which the cross member is all egged out. so i want to tighten up my suspension and all these problems asap. the motor work and the added power really has put a wear on some stuff but not the cross member that was already wiped the F out when i started it now im at the point where i need to get it. I will my birthday is in like a week.

Funny enough i have a cheap *** pep boys tuner lugs i wiped meaning striped the key literally wiped it out. long story short pep boys dont OFFER the Cheap piece of ****. now im not doing anything until i find the tool. Ebay has one its like a 9 spline key some dumb cheap design.
