Help! radiatior water keep going away

Default Help! radiatior water keep going away

my radiator water keep going away after I put it in. what do you guys think the problem is. there is no leaks of any kind.

Looks like milky-white, throws a little white smoke when it gets warmed up.
Any ideas?
I think it got really hot a while back and I just noticed the needle getting way above a half!?

... has any of this happened recently?
