Del Sol/h22 swap questions about ECU and high rpm and clutch problems
Alright, finally after the long wait, my h22 del sol is on the road, just got some minor kinks i'm hoping you guys can help me with so here we go:
At high RPM's it wants to cut out, I'm using my STOCK fuel filter and pump (which powered a D16Z6 and now powers an H22), if I switch those out for a Walbro pump and higher flowing filter, will it help?
My clutch barely disengages enough to shift into gear at a stand still (rolling it's fine), I was thinking about switching out my clutch master cylinder for one off of a prelude, will that help at all (Note: I AM using a new clutch slave cylinder for a prelude h22 and NOT the stock D16 slave).
And finally the 3rd question, the ECU i got with the swap is the P0F, I found out that it's for a Euro Automatic setup, but have heard it will work fine for manuals but it's got some idle issues (it wants to die out and idles below 800 RPM), well my question is, the cylinder head has P13 stamped on it, so would it be a good idea to purchase the 92-95 Prelude ODB1 ecu?
Again any incite is welcome and helpful, thanks everyone

yes, yes, and yes!!! you got it! grab that 5spd ecu, xenocron's website has side-by-side comp. of walbro fuel pump and theirs, and xenocron costs less! check them out for more h22-eg parts.
