Default antenna repair?

I remember seeing a pretty detailed how-to on fixing the power antennas on a 5th gen accord (stuck up but the motor still runs when the radio is turned on). I've been searching for like an hour now and cannot find it anywhere.
anyone know what i'm talking about and where i can find it?

That is a detailed tutorial. Excellent photos. What an intricate mechanism. I got lucky with mine. All the broken plastic chain came out after I took off the old mast and turned on the radio. Then I just fed the new plastic chain on the new mast into the hole until I felt it engage the gears, tightened the new mast onto the car, making sure to push enough of the plastic chain in so I could mount the new mast flush. When I turned off the radio the new antenna retracted properly and when I turned the radio on the antenna extended properly. It's worked fine for 6 years. I'm glad I didn't have to do all the steps in this tutorial. I think mine broke because the mast got slightly bent, and instead of fixing it, I continued to use it with a glitch in the extension and retraction. Lesson learned.
