Icon2 Garrett turbo ideas for my gs-r...help!

I'm currently in the process of a turbo project for my gs-r b18c1 with a c5 block...I'm deffinitly getting a Garrett turbo I'm just torn between wut model I actually want...Im shooting for 350-375 whp with a very fast spool an incredible reliability...I plan on spending anywhere between 1300-1500 just for the turbo...I'm torn between two models in particular one being the gt3037r aka "gt30r" and the gt3076r...I'm also open for any other suggestions and will specify the internals im using if you guys are interested...

Any help is appreciated but please no b.s

Thanks
Josh

not easy to do. you should get some lower compression pistons. if you dont wanna do that just go all motor

Was told the itr's could easily hold 8-12 lbs with out any issues plus I'm going with a 3mm head gasket for a little extra room in the cylinder....trust me guys I appreciate the help but the sarcasm doesn't do any good

You should have mentioned the thick headgeasket in the first place, depending on how thick of one you should be okay. But yes just boosting a stock 11:1cr itr engine isn't the best idea.
You want lower compression otherwise you'll be blowing seals
