1992 Civic sedan DX z6 swap CLEAN N CHEAP!!!!

Must sell the car, money is tight and I have to cut my losses. Ive had the car for almost 2 months already, I traded it to someone in NH. I did recieve a bill of sale but did not get a title or registration which is what I need to register the car in MA. Therefore this car can only be traded or sold to someone in NH. Very little rust on one side or the rear quarter in very good shape for a 92 runs good and pulls hard for a sohc vtec.

160k on shell (roughly)
100k on D16z6 (previouse owner said)
17in. Rims (black with polished lip)
No Check engine light
New stage 2 clutch (not even 200 miles on it)
Front upper strut bar painted to match
Amber corners
HIDs
Cup holders
Arm rest
Front grey ls leathers (rears are grey cloth)
Trunk covers (trunk was gutted when I got it)
Cluster lights up amber
New lowering springs (it was on cut springs before and rode like crap)
New rear shocks (the rear shocks were blown)
Rear disc coversion
50/50 tail lights
EG Si lip
Full Cat back exhaust (sounds good to me)
Generic red lca's
This is a DX model
No PS
No PW
No PL
No A/C
CAR STILL PULLS GOOD ON THE 17s!

NOTE!!!! I carfaxed the car and the last time it was registered was 10/23/09 with 146k
BAD: Hood was oem color but was sprayed with chalk board stuff (thats how I got it)
Driver side fender has a dent (thats how I got it)
Rug could use a good cleaning
I might have put the lowering springs on backwards (car still rides a lot better than before and acctually not that bouncy)
