Default JIC Magic vs TEIN suspension question

i need following info please:
i looking for an new suspension for an EU Accord Type R (same as the JDM EURO R CL1).
at the moment i have the JIC Magic FLTA2 with 18kg front and 12kg rear spring rate (and both with helper springs).
But i would upgrade the setup and look for an TEIN Mono Tube Suspension with other spring rates for street and some circuit races.
have anyone info which one is better?

JIC doesn't have the best rep in the states. tein monotubes are a decent shock. don't you guys have access to ohlins and koni over there?
