1994-1995 ECU on 1990 accord
One question, Why?
Will it physically connect to the OBD1 1990 Accord harness, Yes. Whether or not it runs depends on the Engine and ECU combination. You may have to add or swap a few wires to get it too work properly.
If you are running an F22A* engine I would stick to using an OBD1 90-93 Accord ECU. There are no gains to be had swapping in a 94-95 F22B* ECU, unless you have done a VTEC head swap. In that case you would be better off going with the OBD1 94-95 P0A ECU. Or you could look into running a chipped and tuned OBD1 ECU out of a Civic/integra.

If your looking for an upgrade ECU for the F22A1, the 93 EX (F22A4,6) ECU is the one your looking for. However, they still don't have any real-time tuning capabilities.
I'm not 100% on what a re-flash is actually capable of doing. I'm pretty sure it doesn't do much for performance gains.
ok thanks alot ill check it out because I saw a site that does reflashed for 4th gen ecu's ill have to look it up but the tunes for advancing timing and increasing the rev limiter. Ill just stick to getting my heads ported and polished allong with the intake manifold and plenum.
Don't buy into that reflash crap, it's not going to do anything for the money they charge. Advancing timing blindly will do more damage than good and increasing the rev limiter on a stock cam and valve train is useless. No need to rev higher than the engine makes power.
