Ok I guess u can tell I'm new to the whole Honda thing, or I wouldn't b posting this thread.
My big ? is can you put a h22 vtec head on a f22 sohc vtec block? Also I have a dsm evo iii turbo i want to use on this engine. Will the evo be too much for the block, and what things do I need to mod on my 94 Accord LX coupe to make this work?

yes the h22 will work but not without modification. Use the search function and search for piratemcfred or g23/g22.

Yes you can. what you are asking about is called an g23 most of the time and they will use the f23 bottom end with the h22a2 head. now you know an little bit more. look in the faq for Honda Accord (1990 - 2002) and try the search for some more help all so hit up h22squard and honda tuning for diys

More like a G22 since its going to be on a F22 block. F23 block has the bigger mains.

 

One prob I'm havin is that so far I'm not findin ne pix of certain things! But there is some really detailed info on the subject. I really appreciate u guys bein patient w/ me. If i wasnt runnin on no sleep in almost 2 days I probly would have found this out earlier. But if you guys have ne more help plz let me kno. THNX!
