I bought this from an older couple and the owner was a manager at a lube shoppe so i know it was well taken care of.
No problems, turn key, ready to go.

The good:
-Burns/leaks NOTHING, underbody is gorgeous with newer brake lines, exhaust and minimal rust.
-Only 136k original miles
-No grinds in the trans/clunking in the suspension
-Roughly 80% tread on all season tires with nitrogen
-35+ mpg freeway

-New aftermarket radio
-Recent Oil change with mobil 1 and new air filter installed.
-OE style clutch replacement less than 10k ago
-Heat works great!
-Previous owner gave me soooo many receipts. Lots of them with lifetime warranties on the parts he replaced.

The bad:
-Previous owner got mad and punched the center vents. Cracked them a little but the vents aren't hard to find. I may end up replacing it sooner or later but it doesn't bother me.
-A/c doesn't work but everything is there for it.

-Paint has flaked off in a few spots and the rear quarters do have rot. Both side about the size of a honda center cap.
-The body is by no means a show car
-OEM front passenger fog light is broken (shattered)
