Can't find exact parts, what's interchangeable?

Can't find exact parts, what's interchangeable?
The car is a 1990 Civic Sedan.
I can't find a hood locally, new or used. The only one I know of is at the junkyard for $125. Screw that.
The other thing I need is a VSS, the cable on mine snapped (don't ask how) what car can i take one off of at a junkyard.
The motor is a d15b2, 5spd manual trans.
