F/R spring rates and rebound aren't the same even if they did bolt up to a prelude. just get a set of Tein or Ksport coilovers or something of the sort.
Trying to do this would only lead to disappointment.

the springs on a prelude are probably wider so the base of the coil over would be too small for the prelude springs so the answer is likely no it won't work
Thanx for the advice n thanx again for not flaming me, but wat exactly are coilover....is it a complete shock spring and adjuster or is jus an adjuster to adapt ro any shock/spring combo.....right now I have blues and eibach stock heights...do I jus put the coilover on them or is it an actual shock it self??
......excuse my noobness
......excuse my noobness
so all they do "basically" is take the spring thats on it....ad compresses it using the threads on the coilovers...which allows the car to sit lower....???

No.
Sleeve coilovers come with their own spring and perches. The perches are adjustable to control ride height.
Maybe the diagram will help. (Digitally remastered by me)

o ok.....
...so u cut and remove the stoce rubber insulator
.....remove the spring
......replace with the coilover
.....and adjust two piece adjuster to desired height

I would go with Ground Control springs with adjustable perch (like whats on the diagram) and koni shocks. Its one of the best combinations out there for the ludes unless you want to go with true coilovers but there expensive so it just depends on your budget.
Yeah I seen a coilover set on craigslist for the bb4 n guy wntd like 600 bucks...but will the blues not b so great with it and it really b necessary cuz my tokicos dnt even have 5000 on em yet
IIRC, Tokico Blues are just OEM replacements, right?
If that's correct, then you'll probably kill your shocks prematurely if you're dropped ~1.5" or more.

just the lowering springs. the only problem i have is my front upper ball joint is bottoming out in the wheel well, i herd that ludes need a knuckle conversion to go lower the right way. but im still trying to figure out if thats the truth or not....
