Default Which throttle body?

After searching, I found that there are multiple sizes of throttle bodies for the same application. I'm interested in this easy upgrade, but am not sure which size to buy.
I currently have a short ram intake & headers.
The stock F series TB is 60mm. I see TB's being offered in 66, 68, and 70mm. WHICH ONE DO I GET?! Is bigger better?
Also, skunk2 seems to be the leading manufacturer for Accord TB's--Anyone suggest another brand?

H23 TB's bolt up to the f22a heads, for the record.

But to answer your question: The little tiny bit of upgrade you'll get (Unless you turbo) isn't really worth the amount of money you're going to spend. Going larger won't hurt anything, though. If you have to buy one regardless, go for a bigger one. (Unless you don't plan on boosting, and the bigger ones are way more expensive, then it's not worth it at all.) If you ever plan on a turbo build, I'd get the largest one you can find.

Personally, I'm going to get an H23 TB and IM and bolt to the F22a head I'm rebuilding when I get it all together. But that's just me. I like to overdue everything. It's a disease.

68mm would be perfect for your build but to get more power out of that, you'd need to get the plenum portmatch for maximum power.

I have no idea what plenum portmatching is. Is this where the TB & IM ports are both ported to match one another perfectly..Or am I even in the right direction? What does portmatching do to increase performance?

Exactly

It removes any bottle neck or obstruction after the opening of your larger throttle body. If you do not remove this obstruction, it will negate any increase in performance that the larger throttle body would have given you.

Make sure that the intake manifold you are using can be enlarged to 68/70mm before you by a 68/70mm throttle body. If you can only port the manifold you are using to XXmm using a throttle body with a diameter larger than XXmm would not see any gains.

For example I know that the stock F22B* manifold can only be ported out to 64mm before you would have to fill/modify the FITV port. I'm not 100% but I think the F23 manifold is the same.
