I have a 99 pontiac GTP totally stock. Guy with a crx rolls up beside me. asks me if I'm the supercharged one. i reply yes. He asks whats done to it. I tell him nothing its a 162000 mile family car. Anyway he says its clear ahead if I wanted to have a run. I was sure. well I murdered him off the line. But the thing is his motor was screaming like hell and he couldnt get traction. Well when he finally got traction he blew by me something crazy. He wouldve took my 97 SS camaro

Well we pulled over too chat, really nice guy. he said it was a b18 swap. But my question is he claimed 130 too140 hp. Is he BSing me because he was very fast and there was no turbo stock B18. I by no means claim my cars are fast but they are decent. I have respect for anything that runs like that N/A. If he woulda had slicks i wouldnt have had him to 60. So is he stock B18 and just making that hp, because he was very fast.

He probably wasn't lying ls motors make about that much hp, they just have lots of torque.
