okay, so about a week ago my dad woke me up at 2am and told me my car was making funny noises (da integra). i walked up to my car and it was off but it was making clicking noises! somtimes it would pause and then it would make like a squealing sound, then just start clicking again. i was shocked, it was pretty wierd. so i started my car, and it still made the clicking noise! i turned off the car and it was still clicking so i disconnected the battery and it stopped and i went back to bed.

when i woke up i went out to my car and reconnected my battery and all was well. drove it around the block and back and it was fine. it was very wierd. my dad went to a shop to have his car worked on and he asked a tech there what my problem was with my car and the tech said it was bad battery connection, so i cleaned my terminals and stuff.

well tonight (about a week or too later) im hanging out at my friends house working on his ek in the garage, my cars in the driveway (its off). suddenly it starts clicking again! so i disconnected the battery. about 15min later i decide to go home so i hook up the battery, it clicking (big surprise) i drive home and its still clicking. i get home and it stops. i have NO idea what this could be. it sounds like the clicking is coming from the starter but im not sure. any ideas at what this could be??

First thing to do is find out exactly where the noise is coming from. Main relay in your cabin makes a clicking noise and if you have a alarm sometimes it can spaz out

 

its really most likely that u have somewhere a lost wires that cause this problem. check if anywires might have like some cut and might be touching ground somewhere and causing short to happen does any fuses blow?
