Default Rubbing issues with 205/50R15 on 15x7 et 38

I have a '00 EJ8; stock suspension aside from H&R Race springs.

With a 15x7 et 38 wheel and 205/50R15 Falken RT615, I am experiencing some rubbing on the rear upper control arm.

Short of running a spacer, what solutions do I have? Rear LCA, camber kit, or both?
