Default Excess blowby

My motor has lots of blowby at the moment and oil is coming from my breather on my valve cover, I'm assuming my rings or ringlands are the cause but would it be possible for the headgasket to be the problem?

naw if it is truly blowby rings/ringlands is about it

do u still have stock PCV breather and check valve(s) if so ur breather box may be full and pcv valve is bad

PCV system is a controlled leak from the factory

It would have to leak into your cooling system before it got to your oil passages(crankcase) to simulate blow-by and not be your rings.
So no its not really possible...

It is normal to have blowby and normal to have oil travel from your valve cover to your intake pipe from the stock location.

Lots of blow-by doesnt sound normal to me. A very small amount, yes.
If the oil level is correct and you have "lots of blow-by", your assumption is probably right...
Compression and leakdown tests might be in order...

nah it's on a gay autozone breather filter (how i got the motor), I figured it was the rings since I drained the coolant and saw no oil in it and vice versa with the oil (no coolant in the oil). Time for a overhaul. I pulled the head off and gasket looked fine, well time to take off the oil pan and take out the pistons. Thanks fir the input
