92 accord starts then dies - hard cold start
My 92 accord starts then dies when cold out (less than 35°F), and it only happens sometimes. After it dies, I can restart it and everything is normal.
If it does not die, it will go into fast idle, then suddenly RPM’s will drop to the point of almost stalling, and then go back into fast idle a few seconds later.
It runs fine warm.
It has 123k, and have owned it for 5 yrs. I never messed with the IAC, thermo valve, or replaced any ignition components.
Main fuel relay was replaced 4 yrs ago.
Could it be a ECT sensor?
Thanks,
Matt

Checked for DTC codes last night. Found none.
Maybe time to clean IAC and thermo valve and follow with a tune up.
I also need to replace the spark plug tube gaskets.
