once in a while, especially when someone is sitting in my back seat... i let go of the gas.. and i hear like air puffing, making some loud like popcorn popping noise... can it be a hole in my cat or exhuast...?

 

Do you have an aftermarket exhaust? With stock exhaust you will not get the popping when you let off the gas. If you are stock jack it up and check. May be a good excuse to get a new cat and exhaust.

 

This happens with some aftermarket exhausts. Mine does the same.

 

My aftermarket exhaust has popped since day 1. I like it actually

 

its a stock exhaust.... is it ok to leave it alone, or fix problem... maybe with an apex exhaust

ok the dealer said tha happens if u haven't got spark splugs replacement n valve adjustmets so i guess i'll try that...

 

How do you like the Apexi WS?

I'm thinking of getting that. I had DC Sports on my first gsr and I now have greddy on my current gsr. The greddy is too loud I think. The DC was perfect but want something different. My friends all have Greddy and DC now after I got it.

How does it sound. I want something more on the quiet side w/ a nice WOT scream but more of purr at normal driving.
