Default 1991 accord timing belt

i just got this accord its got 203k on it and i was gonna put a new timing belt on it, ive nvr done a timing belt before (im a bmw tech, we have chains), from what i can tell it has what looks like 2 belts, one for cams and one for oil pump i think? and is it worth getting the tensioner pulleys and both belts, and should i replace the water pump also, or no, i can get the for both belts, tensioners and water pump for $80, and how is it tensioned? hydraulic or mechanical spring

you should take a look at the timing belt how-to located in the FAQ sticky, that will probably answer all your questions plus some.
