NEED HELP!! what i need for LS/VTEC?

whats up honda-tech? just got a 96 4 door ls..trying to get ls/vtec..i'm getting a gsr head and gsr ecu.. just need a list of what else i need to built it..lmk

What you need..

Is to SEARCH and Check the [faq] thread at the top of the forum, read the forum rules and other stickies.. this has been covered endless amounts of times. Another repeated topic, over and over.
