So my weekend was interesting, im heading up to see my girl on the NY thruway around 2am. i come around a bend, see the deer, I try to go around the damn thing, it turns around and runs right into my fender resulting in my mangled front end.

But on the bright side, I go to a junkyard in poughkeepsie and its likes a freaking treasure cove. They have just an ocean of hondas and acuras. The integra section had 12 DA's to choose from and I got some goodies. I was able to pick up a 93 front bumper with corner light and bumper supports and brackets. black privacy cover, black arm rest, black, floor mats, OE sunroof visor, and stainless steel header. I got all of that for a pretty good price. Im going tomorrow to pick up a hood and fender and ordering my 1 piece lights probably tonite so the car should have a face lift by the weekend all thanks to bambi lol

yeh my story is pretty damn cool, think it did, looked like i caved in its ribs when I hit it at 50

lucky, in central CA honda and acura parts in a junkyards r like gold. no joke, car will b there one day, stripped and gone the next.

yeh they are they same way up here. I got on my new front bumper and fender on and I noticed that the hack job rad support is shifted over and some of the welds are broken. apparently the car was hit before and had the rad support replaced but did a horrible job at it. so I have to pull it all over to the driver side about 1/2 to get the hood gaps to line up. for now im going to straighten the stock hood and try to find a carbon fiber one for a good price. I got some one piece headlights coming in so it should be looking decent by next week.

 

that sucks about the accident, but at least you got some new parts lol

molts used auto parts in hyde park. yeh its always nice gettin parts but not nice when they dont fit right lol
