TPS troubles after mpfi swap and maybe more...
OK so I've done the mpfi swap, the car is now getting horrible gas mileage (17-20 mpg) and seems to be hesitating up to about 4.5k rpm and then takes off. I think I've zeroed in on the TPS being the problem.
From what I've looked up here on honda-tech the TPS should voltage should .5 volts idle and .45 wot. I've tried 3 different tps' the best I can adjust it to is .45 idle and when wot it goes down to around .01. When adjusted to that I get a tps cel. When I set it to about .3V idle I get no cel. I'm kind of at a loss at this point. When I unplug the tps the car runs a little better and I get around 25mpg. Maybe an wiring issue? The car was running fine before the swap besides a problem with it dieing at idle. I'm not sure if that is related it idles fine now.
I've tried switching the wires around when I do the car idles at 4k so I'm almost positive it have the wires correct. I have access to another ecu, I could switch them out if that may be causing the problems.
As a side note the break light comes on intermittently, I assume it is the switch in the e-break going bad. Could the brake possibly be dragging causing the issues?
Any suggestions would be great. Thank you for your time.

How do you measure, and also adjust/tune the TPS? I suspect mine is bad, I have a replacement, and I know you must slash the rivets and then unscrew them, but how does one check the voltage/measure that the replacement is put back correctly? Is that the problem, that the replacement has to be a certain distance, or can I literally just swap them out and be good?
Yes I've switched the outer wires. Also I forgot to mention, I've checked the mechanical timing, the timing, the distributor is new, the cap and rotor are new, new plugs, new fuel pump, new fuel filter... Still no luck.
