Default Need alignment or tire problem?

So... I moved my rear tires (195/60/14's on OEM CRX wheels) to the front and moved the fronts to the rear (same tire size, but were on steelies). Suddenly I've got bad torque steer and my steering wheel pretty much constantly shakes. What is the likelyhood an alignment will help with this? Checked tire pressure, wear on tires is identical and very minimal. Had an alignment done about 4-5 months ago with the steelies on the front.

Have your wheels balanced, and if that dose not correct it check your bushings and have an alignment done.

Well I found the problem. SOMEHOW these tires are different brands. I don't know if either a) I was drunk then I worked on the car they came from, or b) I realized it at the time but didn't care because they were going on the rear. Damnit...
