Oh wow...Bullfrog cams? That company was big like in 1996 lol. I very much doubt there are any reference to them nowadays -I'm not sure if anyone even remembers them.
The best thing to do (maybe the only thing to do) is to have the cams measured for lift and duration. Take those numbers and confirm if they apply to your engine set up. Most likely, they will match one of the endless number of aftermarket cams out in the market.
I doubt you'll be able to confirm the brand of the cams, but at least you can confirm that they're A) not stock and B) if the specs will work with your engine configuration.
