Good question. I don't know how far back or forward the cat is on an EG compared to a GSR but I think the only modification required may be to extend or cut the piping to fit. It requires a 3" flange, so it won't bolt to a stock cat anyway without some modification. I wish I could be more help but I just don't have much experience with EG's.
