H22 skunk2 stage 3 cams would add alot of power, how ever you will need duel valve springs and aftermarket retainers, and probably aftermarket valve set.
And You will need to get it dyno tuned after installation IF you wanna make the most power

I wouldnt suggest stage 3's for a daily driver or unless you have a built bottom end. I think a stag 2 skunk2 or brian crower stage 2 cams both require vulave springs and retainers for this. Cam gears go with skunk2 comes with a nice timming belt and away you go.

I've heard nothing but praise about Skunk2 Pro1's, that'll have my vote.

Best thing to do is search the All Motor subforum, sort through the BS and make your own decisions. There are dozens of combinations that will make power.

Id suggest Sk2 Pro 2's with springs and retainers, you definitely don't want to install aggressive cams with out new springs. valve float would suck.
