Hey Everyone.

Speed Ventures is holding a meet for all SoCal Hondas and Acuras at Fontana (Auto club speedway) on November 20, 2010 from 11 - 4pm. Even though it's just a meet and not a car show, we'll do some basic prizes (crowd-favorites and best track-ready cars), have a raffle and do an ECU tuning clinic presented by Hondata.
For food, we got the Kogi Truck to come all the way out to Fontana.

Honda owners who like to drive are invited to sign up for the Autocross at a discounted price or for the Track Day.
HFF Challenge fast-time-of-the-day for the track drivers.
There will be a designated area of the paddock for the meet cars to park together and a few vendor tents on hand. Should be a low-key but worth it event for everyone who attends.


If all goes well this could become an annual event. So please spread the word!

the site was just launched so there isn't much info yet, but there are links to registration for Autocross and track event.

Also please not that this event is being held at a race track, there is a $10 entry fee to get into the facility.

the track event is being held on the roval track, (infield and half of the big oval)

Autocross will be held as close as possible

the meet will have a section in the lot also.

we are trying to have everything close enough to walk around but with enough space that nobody is in each others way.

AS FAR AS THE HONTUNE EVENT.
IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED TO AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR....WE WILL HAVE MORE INFO AND SET DATES VERY SOON. THIS MIGHT ACTUALLY BE A GOOD THING FOR THE EVENT SINCE WE CAN NOW HAVE MORE TIME TO PLAN, AND GET MORE VENDORS TO THE EVENT. I WILL POST MORE INFO ASAP.
