Thank you to everyone who came to WCF!
I want to thank all racers, fans, sponsors, vendors, car show, and press that came out to the 15th annual U.S. Army World Cup Finals this past weekend. We had a lot of clean-ups this weekend but my crew worked very hard to clean them up and get back to racing as fast as possible. The track was so tight and the air was so good, a lot of racers were just making more power than they have ever made before and the track was so sticky it just broke a lot of parts. The DA was down to –1800’ at one point during the event, so people were making crazy power. Congrats to all winners and runner-ups, and to everyone who ran their personal bests this weekend. It’s great to finish our season on a high note with a big event like this. We had 597 racers this year and 407 cars in the car show and the stands were packed on Sunday during the daytime. Thank you very much for your support and we will see you all next season!

Great event Jason, THANK YOU. Clean ups were more then usual this you but that's not your fault. Your crews did a great job with the clean ups. I think the pro classes should require a belly pan, or if they don't have one and have a spill then impose a $200 fine. That might encourage drivers to have one. Everyone would benefit from this.
Thanks Jason you put on a great event, This was my first yr, but rest assured it will not be my last.
Thanks again- GREAT EVENT.

I'd like to thank YOU for hosting an awesome event yet again, and I'd like to thank everyone who ran for putting on a hell of a show. I was sad my tow guy backed out on me early Saturday morning and screwed me.
I can think of one way. Tell the annoucers to stop yelling at every car that goes down the track and turn the volume down a hair hahaha...great event like always but it would be great to have the stands packed for the finals.
Another amazing WCF!! Thanks Jason for keeping the track top notch!
We were joking around yesterday saying they should have a track prep competition with all the tracks on the east coast, MIR would crack some ***, you guys dont play when it comes to oil downs, etc.
Can't wait for next year, hopefully it isnt so brutally cold out!

Next year there will be no burnout contest, no choppers, and no sunday qualifying. We will start elims on Sunday at 12noon.
I will also open earlier on Saturday like 8am or maybe even 7am for parking. And start qualifying a little earlier too and get all 3 qualifiers in on Saturday.
This year was unseasonably cold. It is not normally this cold this time of year in Maryland

Pairing 112 cars (7 quick 16 classes) at the back of the lanes is a chore. The new method is different but is manageable. It will just take some time for people to get used to it. Did you guys not like it?
IT WAS JUST DIFFERENT AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON. PROBABLY THE REASON YOU KEPT FLIPPING OUT. AT ONE POINT SOMEBODY TOLD ME YOU JUST STARTED WALKING AROUND DISQUALIFYING PEOPLE LOL
I only DQ'd one person that left his car in the lanes and blocked the lanes. We called over the PA for him to move his car for about 10 minutes. It held the whole race up.
