why are you placing ITR cam's in your b16a in the first place. what are your goals. Are you worried about over lap or are you trying to solve your over lapping issue's.
If this where mean I would go with skunk pro2 cams and dial those bad boys in and call is a day. For what your going to pay for a set of itr bump stick's!

I would say you are going in the proper direction, reducing overlap will help spool but may also deduce your top end. The only way to be sure is to experiment, if you don't have a dyno available compare fuel maps and see where your car likes them set.
